Basically have certain conditions that can trigger various messages/events; Have a player with high controversy? He might shoot a player at training with an airgun, causing a scandal (which is likely to leak to the media). Players will then pick sides maybe demanding you bench the player/discipline him. Or a player with low professionalism might arrive late at training because he was playing video games all night. Have a run down stadion? An accident might happen, fines from government because of lack of safety etc. Running an amateur club? There could be some corruption event relating to sale of merchandising etc. The guy at the hotdog stand putting money into his own pocket.
