Ability to lock attributes when searching for players/staff

Currently when searching for players/staff, there is the functionality to pick what attributes you would like to search for. So as a broad example if I was looking for a Complete Forward there are 21 attributes suggested for this position. There is also the option to select how many of those 21 attributes a player needs to match before they are shown. So if I change this to Match 15/21, then any player matching 15 or more of these attributes would be shown. What I would like is to be able to lock in certain attributes, so for example if I decided to lock Acceleration and Pace, this would further refine my search to show any player matching 15 or more attributes, but with 2 of those matching attributes having to be Acceleration and Pace.

As another broad example for staff, I maybe looking for a new defensive coach, but I do not mind if they are a tactical or technical coach. So I would select Defending, Tactical, Technical, Determination, Level of Discipline and Motivating as my attributes to search for. I would then change my search to only match 5 out of 6 attributes and lock in Defending, Determination, Level of Discipline and Motivating. This would then only bring up Defensive coaches, but both tactical & technical specialists.
