Popular Post Rubentus_Juventus
Here's what I found thus far, players good enough for lower 1st division and 2nd division sides. A lot of them are usual suspects from FM19 & those in bold I am particularly interested in signing and using at some stage. saihtam
Carlo Holse, think he will be the new go for lot of people. Found this lad, all around attacking stats are good to be molded like you want, decent traits. Can get him cheap around 1.5-2mil. ajt
Joshua Zirkzee from Bayern Efkan Bekiroglu from 1860 Munich. Starts off dirt cheap in Liga 3. Simon Power from Norwich. Got him on loan in 2020 for Bundesliga 2 and he then joined on a free transfer in 2021. Now rated as "good for Bundesliga". Attributes aren't great but he plays well enough as an MR. Mattia Zacagni from Hellas Verona, got him for £3.3 million Edited November 7, 2019 by ajt
seanydude
Just grabbed this 16 year old for 20k from Nantes, hes only got 3.5* Potential for Celtic but with the right development looks potentially decent. Physicals are there already outwith strength Edited November 3, 2019 by seanydude
JR_Junior
Haven't used him yet as he will only arrive at the end of the season, but this 17yo Dirk Proper from N.E.C. looks like a proper(hey!) good footballer for smaller sides. Got him on a free too. Edited November 3, 2019 by JR_Junior

Sabine
Keep in mind that I'm playing as Sunderland in League One; Transfer Listed for £550k at the start of the season. Versatile with great technicals in the right places. :)

Robsontist
From my Grashoppers Save: Erik Botheim, 19 years, pretty complete, technical striker. (Technique, First Touch, Composure all 15) Can be Loaned out for (pretty much) free in the beginning, will join teams in which he is easily one of the best players, can be signed for a pretty reasonable fee. Lots of potential (might be random tho) Jeong Woo-Yeong, 19 years, winger, both sides. (Dribbling 14, Technique 14, Work Rate 15, Aggression 16), can be signed on a 2 year loan from Freiburg for a pretty nominal fee. Don't know if he's got thaaaaat much potential too grow. Lars Lukas Mai, 19 years, BPD, a bit on the slow side but already great in all other regards. (Jumping Reach 16, Tackling 14, Composure 15) Has loads of Potential. Randy Schneider, 17 years, Playmaker, already well rounded technically and mentally for a player at his age (Technique 13, First Touch 13, Passing 13, Vision 12) and performing incredibly well. A bit weak on the physicals. Dunno about his potential on the highest of levels. Screens, keep in mind they have developed a bit already (particularly Schneider) https://imgur.com/a/TpWKXaD

Hoarau
I feel the need for another Nordic/Scandinavian talent thread.... @fidelitywars They two look very promising, as does Bodo's Jens Petter Hauge. FifaBing
Marcos Leonardo at Santos looks class for a 16 year old. My scouts rated high very highly, and I was able to snag him for 250k for Milan. Looking forward to developing him.
SpikeHughes
I assume you’ll only get these two if Africa is loaded but there both worth it at RC Abidjan Jean N’Guessan- 16yo mc Brahima Ouattara- 20yo amc
bjwphneb
One that has suprised me is Tahith Chong, got him on laon first season and added an optional fee of £2.5Mil. 3.5 current, 4.5 potential, now valued at £15.75Mil and he's scored 4 goals in 7 games season 2. Playing him as an Inside Forward on the left
Dustman2015
You can sign Reece Oxford for season loan with 100% of wages... tag on an optional clause at 6.5m and that's an incredible young cheap English CB

The J-Man
Gael Alonso for me has come along really nicely, picked him up for £18K in January of the first season from Celta Vigo but could have waited and got him for free at the end of the season. This is him about 3 months into the third season, I've been concentrating on getting his physicals up, he's a bit inconsistent but I'm hoping that will fade once he gets older. Vertical Tiki-Taka
Noah Katterbach from Koln. Looks to have the potential to be one of the best left backs on the game with the right guidance. Stats are unreal for somebody so young and lets face it good LB's are hard to come by. Lucas Netz from Hertha Berlin also has great potential, also Left back. Woolly
Former Leeds youngster Ronaldo Viera (currently at Sampdoria) has potential as a very good Premiership player signed him for 6.75m for Man Utd, probably won't be a World Class talent but is showing his consistency for me when Pogba was injured. Given the right training and he should turn into an important first team player for most clubs. Edited November 27, 2019 by Woolly
GunmaN1905
Never seen him before and considering that he's not in cut-out facepack, must be some real hidden gem. That's from the end of second season, got him on my Villas save for 4.3m€. Looks like a perfect inside forward.

Welshace
Excellent to see this thread back once again this year and to see it become a mainstay Here's a few i've managed to find over the last few weeks. Joaquín Piquerez This guy costs you around 100k, has italian second passport and has rtoom to grow according to top scouts in the game... easily one of my favourite finds so far.. Heinz Mörschel This fella cost me 130k, is 6'3, german, young and talented.. I see him as a budget Havertz tbh.. Patrick Valverde Pedral Lopez Determination, flair, with a spanish passport.. excellent.
The J-Man
Not sure if these count as hidden gems since they're from Barca/Madrid... Oscar from Real Madrid, I had him on loan for 3 seasons before getting him on a free transfer once his contract expired. Easily the best player I've had on this year's FM regularly gets double figures for goals and gets a good amount of assists. Sergio Akieme has been a very solid LB for me, got him on a free after Barca released him at the end of the second season. I got Mbuyamba from Barca for £1.4 mil. An absoloute steal, he's a mountain of a man and a fine centre back. Edited December 5, 2019 by The J-Man
