However, this same player, when I play them in the ML position, and set the role as Winger (Attack), they have the slither of red. Is he playing out of position? I know playing out of position carries a penalty. Should I retrain him? Or just leave him be? What are the pros/cons of different strategies of getting him to be a fully effective ML winger?
