FMT19 was a game of questionable match engine decisions, and FM20 seems to be a game of questionable UI decisions. For instance, let's view a national team. Cool. Looks fine. For now. Click on "National Teams". Ok, you get the Senior Squad and you have the whole screen to modify and play around with what you want to see. Splendid. Now, click on "U21 Squad". Si, why? Why do I have to see this tactical view? Why not just like the Senior Squad? (This applies to clubs, too. The Reserves are shown this way.) Ok, so let's click on "Senior Squad" now. Ok, so Senior Squad means tactical view. Sure. So let's click on "National Teams" again. Ok, so I can see the Senior Squad in the fully customizable view, but not the youth teams (something that was possible in FM19). There, I have this useless tactical view which I can collapse, but it still takes up a part of the screen. SI, WHY? Am I missing something? Is there an option to get rid of this? Oh, and are you going to fix the player info screen anytime soon, so we don't have to sign players in order to see their traits? Having info on their nationalities and spoken languages would be cool, too. The match engine is better, so that's a thumbs up. Yay. You mean "bug" or "big" as in FM instead of FMT? I don't know if it's a FMT only issue and don't want to spam the whole forum. I already posted criticism on the UI design this year in other threads, which I think I'm entitled to on this forum. I honestly though the bug described above was a feature which I didn't understand. Thanks for the reply! The (temporary) workaround that I'm using for club teams is to filter "all players" by "reserve squad". It's an extra step but it's doing the job for now.
