Can I remove all player & staff pics on FMT20? Even the silhouettes?

I am looking to remove all player and staff photos from the game, so that there is nothing whatsoever (not even a black silhouette pic) where the photo should be. The possibility for enormous differences between pre-installed player faces, compuer generated regen faces, computer-generated staff faces, 3rd party facepacks, and then the blank silhouette face just annoys me, to the point where I just want all faces gone. I don't want everyone to have the silhouette, I want those removed also - I don't want any graphic at all where the faces would be, be it in the player profile or in the news item when the chairperson is addressing you as a silhouette! Club and competition logos, I want to keep and I will install packs to help with that. But how do I go about editing out the appearance of all face pics on FMT20 on an android tablet?

...or if there is a skin that people know of, that does away with face pics, I'd be happy to use that either...
