Logos and face packs not working

After downloading fm20 I've been trying to add skins, facepack etc. I've put the files in the usual place and followed the instructions exactly the same as I've successfully done over the years but they aren't showing in this game. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Windows 10 operating system.

In the preferences did you turned off the use caching to decrease page loading times ? then reload skin ?

Yes. Still nothing showing. I've downloaded 2 skins, put them in the skin folder and they aren't showing up in the game?

Do you have too many skins in there already ? Maybe delete cache in your user file first !!

 

C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020

Then delete cache folder

This PC>Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2020>logos

I put my logos here and got them working, like wise for skins but created a folder called skins.
