karabas15
Hey guys, I'm managing a Vanarama North team, about to be promoted into League Two. U18/U23s have never been in competitive leagues. Just scheduling a bunch of friendlies. Board never asked if I want them to participate. How do I fix this for next season? Is it because I have the youth management delegated, so they make the decision? Or am I too low in the league?
mikeytk
I'd like to know this too. I got a 'golden generation' youth intake but they're not playing any games!

skog
I think this has been a problem for a while, I usually manage Swindon Town who either don't have an U23/Reserve team or don't enter any competitions, even the EFL Trophy if I reach the PL. I'm not sure if anything has changed since FM18 but I believe that in FM18 and prior, it was impossible to request and there was only a remote chance it may be randomly generated in the future
karabas15
Seriously? That's disappointing...
armyissue69
So, I don’t know about u23 yet... but I’ve moved up into SB L2 and my u18 is in a league. They even have a cup and a title winner
