The inclusion of roles such as Manager (Womens) Coach (Womens) Physio (Womens) A number of former players are getting involved in the womens game and maybe this could be replicated with the inclusion of a new job role for the non playing history. THIS IS NOT asking for the womens game to be put into the game but just a cosmetic addition to the non playing histories. An example could be as such Phil Neville Man Utd (Coach First Team) Valencia (Coach First Team) Salford City (Director) England (Manager Womens) Having checked through the database recently this could also be added to profiles of Mark Sampson previously of England Womens and Neil Redfearn a previous manager of Liverpool Womens or Ian Hutton Cheltenham Town Womens manager.
