I hate midfielders with a lower passing stat, and Bellingham's stats were too good to pass, so I trained him as a right winger - he becomes an insane beast. He has been in my first team since last season, and his numbers have been pretty good, and his physicals blossomed.

I've had him a few times and he'll pretty much always come good and be somebody you can get performances from.

The negative side is that he has such high attributes across the board it can be difficult to focus his improvement enough for him to really specialise in anything.

Really depends how your version of him has developed but I think for that reason he might end up being somebody who doesn't seem as good as he is unless you watch full games.

He's been superb for me, I've played him anywhere in midfield or on the wings. I've eventually decided to focus on training him in an AML attacking inverted winger role to utilise his pace. His dribbling has just risen to 15 and his passing 15 and vision 16 attributes make him good at cutting in from the left and slotting through balls. He can finish too, getting 12 goals and 9 assists in 27 games in my 2022-2023 season. Here's Bellingham on 01/01/2024.

Signed him for Man Utd and after a couple of loans and a lengthy injury with a broken spine (ouch!) he's now (season 2023/24) doing great as a Mezzala in my midfield. He ghosts past people for fun - i know it's ridiculous to say just from looking at the match engine, be he reminds me of Gazza!

Funnily enough, I came on this thread to post the same thing

I signed him for free at the beginning of the season his contract ran out at Birmingham (I'm 1860 munchen!) He wanted 47.5k a week but what I saved in fees is worth the gamble, yet to see how he performs but he's over 7 rating in 3 games and was about 8 rating+ in friendlies, I was gobsmacked to get him tbh man u and a few others were interested, he wanted a release clause but it was for 68m which is more than my club is worth so it was a no brainer

What is it with broken backs on this game, I had 3 in a season! I wonder if the team bonding exercises involve Motocross stunt riding, either that or my post match loss team talks involved some WWF style powerbomb action instead of an official warning for poor performance 🤔
