radosst Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 hey, does club viosion change the way the board behaves (except of judging you)? i mean if negotiate that the club aims at promotion, say, 2 tiers higher in 3 seasons will that in any way affect they react to wage increase, training facilities demands and invest more in the club? or should i just keep the vision as low as possible as the only thing it affects is how they judge my performance?
