I've started a game in Scotland, with the english leagues as well, I search the transfer market and there are very few players transfer or loan listed (I don't have the "interested" box checked) In regards to England there seems to be about 4 english players (+1mil) for sale/loan, the rest are south american players that have no chance of getting a WP.
