During match: Player body language whilst ball is out of play

It would be good if in the few seconds the ball goes out of play for a throw-in or corner then the body language of a player could give a clue about his mental or physical condition.

EG, the ball goes out of play for a throw in and whilst waiting for the throw-in taker to pick up the ball, a player nearby puts his hands on his knees and puffs (this would mean he's feeling tired and is prone to getting an injury soon).

or EG the ball goes out for a corner and one of the defenders claps his hands repeatedly to encourage his team mates (he is playing well and has high leadership score).

Basically these little moments could give a manager a clue that he might need to take action, e.g. give a shout or make a tactical adjustment.
