[FM2020] edit rules in CONCACAF League

I have downloaded the new CanPL DLC. (As an aside it is awesome). I Wanted to add eight teams so I exported my 2019 league data editor that I created and imported the rules into the 2020 league editor using the DLC as the base. It seems to be working great. The only issue I have is the CONCACAF league ( North American League in the game ) does not  pick the Can PL league winner to in enter the competition it continues to use 2019 rules (one off rules for first year). Any idea on how I can edit these rules or fix this?
