Availability for reserves issue

I have an issue with my game where my players are never asked to play for my B team or Under 19s
I have been onto responsibilities and changed the options for players to be - always asked - or - when needing fitness ask - but neither option has made any difference.

Have I mistakenly unticked something else or has anyone else come accross the same problem?

I’m experiencing the same: I’m managing Lyon, and have my staff responsibilities ticked : automatically make unfit first team players available for this team(both Lyon 2 and u19s) but players that needs matches are not being selected. Its that your issue as well? Sorry I don’t have a solution but need help as well.
