The player receives X-million when the player wins this trophee. I know Memphis Depay had this clause once and players like Messi, Neymar will have this too. Other individual awards like being chosen as UEFA Goalkeeper,defender/midfielder/forward of the year will also be some realistic clauses in players contracts. Being chosen in UEFA team of the year, being awarded for Golden Boy (only youngster contracts offcourse), etcetera. In the current version it is allready possible to get a bonus for team of the year, but this is only for national division and not the continental tournament like UEFA CL. It's also not possible to set one-time bonusses for being topscorer of UEFA CL (it's only possible to set seasonal landmark goals and not for specific tournaments) This is also missing: An percentage increase of wage (with a fixed maximum wage) for every time the clubs qualify for UEFA Champions League (or other specific stage like Quarter final) will also be some realistic clauses. Memphis Depay had this when transfering to Man Utd for example. A fixed one-time bonus for specific tournament achievenements is allready possible but no structural increase of wage.
