Railroaded into Vision Changes by Board

Anyone else encountering situations where time after time the board refuses to let you change a single club vision item?

I have tried to remove the "Sign High-Reputation Players" item from club culture every time it has come up (including when the board added it), but they constantly add it back in, and there is no way to have a discussion with them about it, or do anything other than accept.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? The board are now devastated I haven't done it across multiple seasons, despite having the youth system also as part of the club culture and sign young players for profit as part of the the 5-year plan. It's really quite ridiculous that the board won't let you change one thing, especially now that it has even moved from favoured to preferred having been part of the club sulture (against my wishes) for several years now.

I think Club Vision is fantastic, but inability to modify it is really frustrating.
