Invisible Witness Posted January 4, 2020 Share Posted January 4, 2020 Currently my side it's on a tear. I decided to "talk to players" and praise them privately for their last match performance. Every player's morale has risen 1 up ( for ex. From Good to Very Good) including back up players that don't play much. Then I won my following game and again praised each player privately for their last match performance( except the ones with Superb morale already) and again everyone's morale went up. Even players that didn't play a single minute in my last match. Also one player that haven't played a single minute this season his morale went up after praising him for his last match performance. Please look into it and I guess for now I will have to use house rules not to use/abuse this option. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
