Football Manager 2020 Playing Dirty

I am playing as Leyton Orient I am doing an experiment where I put the top teams in the lowest divisions from premiership and championship thats why you will find Charlton Athletic in Vanarama league south in the picture. I had a player sent off straight red I did criticise the ref in my post match interview I looked over the match watched the replay to me it looked very harsh I dont know if players can dive in this game contact was minimal even after the match my assistant manager said I should appeal the sending off. and I didnt even get told off for Heavily slating the ref, it states the FA are silent on the issue and no action would be taken. it also states the officials got the decision wrong so going on this information I decided to appeal and the game rejected my appeal saying I had no grounds to do so. later on in a cup match I was up 3 - 0 half time I forgot to get screen shot but 2nd half I had 3 straight reds and the home team pulled it back 3-3  but I won 4-3 and when it was time to play the next cup round I had 3 suspended players several players called upto international duty and rest of the squad cup tied I wasnt given the option to even postpone the cup match due to international call ups either. 

But I am confused how can the game tell you the player was harshly sent off the officials admit were wrong to send the player off and yet tell you that you had no grounds to appeal?

You say  the game is telling you ... but its a member of the press that's telling you it may have been the wrong decision..... the FA stayed silent...

 

If you play a first person shooter and an enemy tells you that you are going to die do you also just say ' oh ok, i'll try this level again then since the game tells me i have no chance'?
