Training Facilities downgraded?

I am managing FC Copenhagen in FM18.

Their training facilities is at the beginning of the game 15, according to sortitoutsi. I successfully convinced the board to upgrade the facilities. A year later they finished, and had the status "superb". I immediately asked for another upgrade to the youth and training facilities, and they provided it. A year later the upgrade finished, but now the status of the facilities is "excellent"? I googled to see, if this was better, but it is listed as being worse than superb, so I am wondering why this happened?

The youth facilities were upgraded from "great" to "excellent" but it seems like the training facilities took a step back. I have not recieved an email at any point, that the facilities were downgraded because of technological advances, so I don't understand this situation??
