In-game shouts

Can you please reduce the time gap between when you can give in-game shouts- it is very frustrating when you see something that needs a shout and the option is not there because it is greyed out.

I Second this. Managers gives instructions all the time. If you want a time out perhaps reducing it until a minute or 2 would suffice between shouts.

And to discourage spamming shouts, the shorter the duration between shouts, the less effective they become, so a shout 2 minutes after the last one is less effective than 5 minutes, which is less effective than 10 minutes (after 10 mins I think they should be equally effective).

I say that if something happens, for example if you go empty and you just shouted to be able to give again, or if it is the last step and you suddenly go up first.

Im ok with the time delay on general team shouts, although I concede it's not that realistic, but individual ones should be available all the time. Frustrating if you need to tell someone to calm down but have to wait 15 mins

What I find irritating is the delay between clicking on the shout, and it actually happening, which can take several minutes (in the game), even when I've not shouted at all

By the time the shout has triggered, events may have completely changed...
