Keep crashing when test competition

I try to use the editor 20 to create a World League, after making some new league and cup, I use the test rule and it said it all work fine. However, when I try to test the competition and the error keep pop up

And I also notice the I cannot change the current date.

In this case I cannot verify the file and use in game, could anyone help me to take a look and I am not too understand what went wrong
