In actual FM, even if we have the best facilities we almost never see newgen of average or good quality appear. By average newgen i want to say player who can potentialy play in French first league for example. By good quality i want to say player with a good or very good PA. I know that it's impossible and not realistic to have top newgen or good newgen each year, but in every game i have, i never have good newgen and it's not realistic either.
