Stats For Finishing?

I'm looking at buying a new striker, I want to move Moise Kean to IF(A) on the left and bring a new goalscorer in, a bit more we'll rounded. 

I notice my players get into the right positions but finishing chances is a nightmare so I figure I need to look for these attributes:

- Finishing (shocker I know) 

- Composure

- Technique

- Off The Ball

Are these the only stats to look for? Currently eyeing up Dolberg who has:

15 finishing, 14 composure, 17 technique and 15 off the ball

Balance too. It's criminally underrated as an attribute. It is (for me) one of the more important attributes in general. In your case, imagine being off balance when trying to dribble, receive the ball, shoot on the turn, shoot when running with the ball or shoot while running onto a ball.

Find a few players that score many goals and identify the common high valued attributes, don't forget the traits.

Dolberg has 15 balance on my save as well... I think the stats are aligning for me to sign him haha

Also check how two footed the player is, that is crucial for strikers. Decisions as well, although not as important.
