Maldini's Heir Posted February 10, 2020 Share Posted February 10, 2020 What does a doctor do? Does it keep down injuries? Because I usually make sure I have physios with the highest physio stat and then leave the rest and don't tend to get many injuries. I generally try and avoid all of the unnecessary roles at the club such as directors of football, data analysts, loan managers and doctors.... I don't get many serious injuries to justify it so I just send to a specialist. As a general rule, I think football clubs (like most organisations) have become too top heavy.
