CA/PA update

Good evening , 

Does the previous big match engine update also include PA/CA changes / updates ?

Or will the PA / CA changes be in the next winter update ?

The Winter Transfer Update is when changes to the database are made, and that should be released once the last transfer windows have closed (like Russia and China, whose winter transfer windows close on 28th February).

Any changes will, however, only apply to new saves, as the database for a save is set once it has been started.
