It would be great if this was simply enabled even without any improvements to the dynamics that currently exist in B team management. However, could we not create an interaction between ourselves and the respective first team manager when we are managing a B team (or, ideally the youth!) where we request certain players to be available for the next fixture rather than the current situation where they are moved and don't even make the bench sometimes. Like I say, I'd be more than up for U18 management with a threadbare squad because the U23 boss keeps stealing all my players, but this interaction would perhaps go some way to improving the experience. There is already some existing AI decision making when it comes to which squad the players are in, it would just mean we could make suggestions.
