RHKC
I'm currently managing Bristol City and noticed one of my players, who is currently out on loan in League 1, had started the season brilliantly. 6 appearances, 4 goals and 2 assists from CM. I spoke to him and said his good form hadn't gone unnoticed and his reply was to say he disagrees and cut short the conversation by saying "I'm sure you'll need me for something else soon". His morale then plummets. Even the most difficult players IRL wouldn't dismiss praise in this way, surely?
RHKC
Update... I have just noticed the player's personality is 'perfectionist' so maybe he's expecting to score in every game. My point still stands though
