Some demands like "play attacking football' or "sign high-reputation players' are locked and i cannot change them. Especially, the last one is very annoying because i want to use hot prospect players and wonderkids. For example, it would make no sense for Mourinho to take over at a club like Ajax, because they have differing set philosophies.
