Loading a tactic

My apologies if this is an obvious answer.  Since I started to play FM20, I’ve been able to easily manage and load various previously used tactics for upcoming matches, however, for no obvious reason I now get this page come up. Please see screenshot.  I’ve tried all options but each time it says “can’t upload tactic”.  Could someone point me in the right direction please?

I’m having the same issue. I saved a tactic but now can’t see it when I try to load it.

i can see it in my folders outside the game as a .fmf file but it doesn’t appear in game at the screen the original poster has shown.
