You could derive achievements from club- and leaguedata. You can use the players historie and run it trough club and league-achievements. For example: Kevin de Bruyne played some league games at Man City last season. The club Man. City plays in the premier league. The premier league has set Man City as winner of last season. So Man City has award "Winners of Premier League" season 2018/19. And Kevin de Bryune has achievement "Premier league winner 2018/19".
