I recently learnt this myself from a fellow forumer, was delighted to do so and now you are the first person I get to pass this information on to! So it's Scouting > Scouting Centre > Filter > Advanced Filters like this... I now don't receive any scouting messages in my inbox having set it like this... You can't do it specifically for your shortlists, although if you want to get scout reports and not scout your shortlist then you can do that on the shortlist page here. You just untick the box.
