I saw that for update 20.4. starting a new game was required for the database changes. My question is, is restarting a game only needed when changes to the database are done? And thus, is this the final update, requiring a re-start? Administrators Neil Brock Posted March 7, 2020 Administrators Share Posted March 7, 2020 There's been two database updates since January, 20.3 (which was until the end of the January transfer window) and now 20.4 (up to the end of the February transfer window), which can be selected as follows when starting a new game: The Football Manager 2020 database is the one that was available when we first released the game. TacoCorp Posted March 8, 2020 Share Posted March 8, 2020 If using the Football Manager 2020 database available on release (because I don't want all the midseason transfers from the start) will it include changed attributes, CAs, PAs, etc or any other added players, free agents?
