SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted March 25, 2020 SI Staff Share Posted March 25, 2020 Generally I'd suggest just keeping things fairly simple to begin with, look for better players than you have and look for solid players in the most vital positions ... * Lower Leagues Sign players who are good physically, especially strong in the air or very quick up strikers. Keep tactics somewhat crude and simple ... don't over think things, no fancy positions if they're a striker they should be a poacher or a target man in the main. * Upper Leagues You've got more money and options, knock yourself out - but defense first.
