Stuttering When Clicking Continue since 20.4 Update

Ever since 20.4, I see stuttering/intermittent freezing on the Calendar when I click "Continue. I do NOT play out my matches, I use Instant Result only, so I can't say if there is stuttering during match play. And I often listen to internet radio while playing. Every time the stuttering issue occurs, the audio of internet radio app also freezes and is distorted. The audio issue is across every app I listen to, so it's not app specific. 

 

None of this was happening before 20.4 that I can recall. It's happening on my laptop as well but I have uploaded the specs of my Desktop, which is a high performance rig.
