My suggestion is to make option when you starting game 'all nations team are playable' so game just load at least 50 (i don't remember exactly requirements right know) players from every coutntry. Also with that option there are always be enough newgens to choose. It happen for me only 1 time, but game should keep at least 3 goalkeepers in database i just hate playing some minnows with grey players. That's another point AI national teams should be force to using 'real players' not grey ones. Just read news about Oceania Nations League and Kiribati and Tuvalu got chcance to play there and join to OFC, so what you think about like low chance in future years that non-FIFA coutrnies can join regional federation/FIFA.
