I would start with this: PFat IWsu Wsu DLPsu CMat DMde FBat CDde CD/BPDde WBsu GKde Positive mentality - shorter passing - distribute to CBs and FBs - higher D-line and offside trap Player instructions: CM on attack - close down more, roam from position AML/IWsu - sit narrower RB/WBsu - sit narrower Possible tweaks - Be more expressive and work ball into box

Some of the roles and instructions were on line with what I was thinking to do. Just don't get the play out from the back, or better, the lack of it. I suppose is to not stall progression? All the others, make sense to me.

I suppose is to not stall progression? Yes, that's the main reason But you can of course experiment with both and see which one works better for you. Maybe in some matches PoD would work better, and in others it could be distribution to CB & FB instead. Small tweaks can sometimes make a big difference, so it's important to watch the matches.
