Possible red card bug

So I noticed when flicking through some of the other fixtures I seen someone get sent off and when I went on thier profile the red card wasnt showing. Not sure if this is maybe the club appealing it but the player didnt even register as playing (no appearances at all).  Again he was a sub from what I could see so maybe wasnt on long enough but just thought it was strange and possibly a bug.

I think I uploaded it. Its saved as 

• fm_save4.da

Sorry I wasnt sure on how to change the name. In this issue its the Charlton game in the championship.
