Changing cities from one country to another

Hi, I'm in a bit of a project that involves taking the cities and teams from some states from Argentina to Uruguay, this arises two questions, do I have to change the country of every single city to Uruguay one by one? then do I have to do the same with each player that is from those cities?

You can select all cities at once and change the nation in one go.

Same way for the players, search for players born in city, select all players, change nation.
