oko030
I think it would be really awesome -- purely on an aesthetic point -- if as a manager you could actually lead/watch your team training (much like the current match engine, just on your team's training pitch instead -- and also, of course the level of your training facilities would determine the condition of your training pitch, quality of work, speed of growth, etc.) Maybe different tactical styles/training schedules that you've planned for each day/week would produce different on-screen animations: - players trying new things and failing initially, as they become more and more familiar with your tactics/play style; - gym work, stretching, bike work, etc. for the physical/fitness sessions; - mini-drills like the rondo passing drill, bleep tests for endurance, goalkeeping drills... Something like this Paris St. Germain training video, for example. I think the opportunities are endless. It'd really add to the realism and help you be more invested as a manager. Think of it initially as more of an overlay animation, in the same vein as you can see the players walking out/warming up on the pitch pre-match, currently. Something that you can optionally dip in and out of, as your time allows. Doesn't necessarily have to be an in-depth facility. Edit: just came across this SI Community post as well that had the makings of a similar idea. Edited May 4, 2020 by oko030
