U23 & U18s Squads

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but this is a little suggestion.  However, I realise there has been an error with choosing whether to play with first-teams tactics (which I think has been fixed now) but that didn't bother me too much as I prefer my U23/U18s to get familiar with my first team system.

However, as a suggestion, would it be possible or a good idea? to not only allow the U23/U18 to play with first team tactics but also, to have the players in the U23/U18's to play in their most familiar role.  Even though, my first team's AML position is set to Inside Forward (Attack), I would prefer my U23 AML to be Inverted Winger (Support), if it suited the player playing in that role.  The only way I'm able to achieve this, is to select every player in a first-team tactic and change the players role and then change the role to Personalised so that it remembers when they are selected for the U23.  If I'm right, wouldn't this not only make it better for the player to improve within his most familiar role but also, the player would be more familiar with the first-team tactic having played in his favourite position.

Is there a quick way to do this? or is it simply not available?
