Stuniverse Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 In the same way that players can be sent on intensive language courses I think it would be a good idea if the gamer, as Manager, could take language courses as well. I see this working in two ways: 1) When offered a job in a country where I don’t speak the language, the club could fund an intensive language course in the same way it does for players. 2) As a manager, I could put myself on a language course once I’ve got a job and have started earning money so, for example, if I fancy managing in Italy in the future I could take an Italian language course (I also think it would be good if coaching badges could be self-funded as well once I have a job and have started earning - maybe straight away if I’m a PT manager or in the next off-season if I’m a FT manager).
