99
So I am managing a team that I don't want to leave until my project with them is complete (consecutive promotions from 3rd to 1st tier), but I'm getting job offers from other teams that I would probably be interested in manage in the future. Am I in any way sabotaging my own future by declining these offers? Will these clubs remember? Thank you. Edited June 14, 2020 by
Mercia
For a short time perhaps, but I rejected the Newcastle job and then applied for it when it became available again the following season and got it. Muttley84
I dont think there's hard feelings in there, pretty sure I rejected clubs and they came with a second bid years later. So if you are still going to stick with your current club 1-2 seasons you might get a chance again (assuming the guy they pick now doesnt do a good job).
