I've recently taken over as manager at Sampdoria and my predeccessor had set my goalkeeper Juan Musso's status as 'emergency back-up' and he's unhappy. Understandably, because I see him as far better than emergency back-up, but I can't work out how to change it. Can anybody help me please? Many thanks.
