Gbrexiton
When a scout or coach tells the manager that a player has 5 star potential, this is an open-ended definition. Especially in the lower leagues, 5 star potential can range from a quality player in the league to a world class player. Scouts and coaches should be able to give a better indication of the potential of a player. For example, maybe I have an Icelandic regen. My coaches/scouts should be able to tell me more than just a leading player in the Icelandic Premier League. Both Messi, and say Glenn Murray, would fit this category. Maybe my scouts could tell me about this player in relation to another country. Edited July 4, 2020 by Gbrexiton
Parcala Behcet
Yess, this has been something that's bugged me for a long time, it is pretty much unrealistic as well, also when all your players are above 160 CA, you do not know if a five star potential player is gonna be a sub or a star for you, because no matter what 160+ PA gets five stars, even if 160 PA is not even a sub for you. The stars should be more defined.
