Here are some ideas to potentially help fix things up: Allow users to gain nationality of a country if they are there for long enough Better messaging in the game. All the media tells you is that you are no chance (as shown in the post above) and when being turned down for the job all you get told is that you were not the best person for the job. It'd be nice if the game said something line "your reputation isn't high enough", "You haven't proven to have had success at club/international level before", "You haven't had success in a long time" etc. Link manager profile "Known for" to link with jobs you are applying for - if you are known for winning titles bigger nations should be looking at you to win them a World Cup or continental championship Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
