Youth players. 

1. Have under 15s who you can get rid of or poach from other clubs like what other clubs do to you keep the information on these players not as comprehensive as normal player reports as not to burden the database or people with lower end pcs or laptops. 

2. Renowned academy do you give players a chance well have better youngsters joining you because of it. 

3. Do you have a history of getting more out of young players well have them favour joining your academy over Man city's.

4. Give us a potential estimate for very young players like 15 year olds don't give us a range but put looks like a 140+ PA potentially for example like fifa does this would encourage people to develop more players also allow us to have some influence on players before they get to u18 levels because we end up with alot of players every year who will never make it and in real life these players tend to me gone by the time they are at u18 level. 

5. Have an academy philosophy and tatic you want to bring in technical players or physical ones you want players to have a chance in each position have that too. 

6. Have a history list on every head of youth development of the players they have developed so when we are looking for the best HOYD show us what we can expect from them obviously we will need good facilities for this. 

7. We should be able to sign better HOYD based on how good our facilities are and based on wage over reputation some times.

 

8. To solve the problem of PA been static or Dynamic to get around this I would give us the choice to choose whilst setting up a new game.
