1. Improve player exchanges you won't take a 28 year old world class player for your 16 year youngster why do you ask for £30m when I try swapping a better player for one of your reserves. 

2. Other clubs offer £10 million for a player you would have to pay them £50m+ for what? 

3. You have the next Messi and the best you can get for him is £80m to £120m maximum (EVERY TIME) at any point in his career this needs to change we should be offered stupid money for these players like the Neymar fee. 

4. Ask agents if they have any players who might be available. 

5. Fans suggest players they want the club to sign realistic ones of course like in real life. 

6. A manager in league one who is at a club in debt and has 5 judging player potental wants £300m for a youngster yes I understand this was brought in to say the player isn't for sale but managers shouldn't be 100% accurate when knowing a players potental. 

7. Again the asking for £300m thing it needs to go if a player is not for sale most teams would accept £20m for that player at any level below the Premier league £50m at a stretch.
