Good friends with a manager with good knowledge of top players but has found himself at managing a championship club ask him who he reccomends maybe exchange his knowledge for a loan player going his way. 2. Have former players desperate to join you if they have a good relationship and even ask for less money. 3. Have friends who ask you as a joke if you could sign them and maybe if you look at that player and decide its worth ago. 4. You have friends who are world class or a manager who is maybe invite them to the club to ask them if they can talk to your squad to raise morale. 5. You are struggling ask a manager friend for advice maybe you are using the wrong tatic or playing the wrong players. 6. Make reccomendations better if you play a team you don't always know the ages of the opposition players make it so if your players see a special young player they tell you after the game like when Man united signed Ronaldo from sporting when the players begged Sir Alex Ferguson to sign Ronaldo. 7. If you have a good relationship with a player and he is knocking on a bit bring up a pop up which will ask you if you will honor his decision to move back to the club he supports and if you click yes then the club he supports gets offered to sign him but make it so the player doesn't care about as much in wages like a normal transfer would be interesting for big players who support smaller clubs.
