Start career as second or reserve team manager

As many real players does, It would be great if its possible to begin a new career as an under 21 or reserve manager. Gain some experience managing young players and Then have the opportunity to take control of the first team.

Sadly Miles has repeatedly said this wouldn't be added as when it was last in the game no one used it and it got boring quickly.

But there is a play as a reserve/U23S/U18S manager you have 2 options bar playing as a reserve International coach or at a B team. 

 

Option 1 with in game editor 

 

Hire yourself as a manager at a club where you wish to be the reserve coach and use the in game editor to bring someone like Klopp to the club as an assistant manager or a manager you think is suitable for the level you are managing at but use the in game editor so he is hired as the assistant manager then in staff responsibilities set everything to do with the 1st team onto the Assistant manager. 

Option 2 no in game editor

Delegate everything to do with managing the 1st team onto your assistant manager if you are a world class team then you should be able to attract some more than capable assistant managers to run the club you are at. 

You can also use this method to become a Director of football you set everything to the Assistant manager and just deal with the scouting/transfers. 

I haven't seen it done but you could technically become a football chairman 

Set yourself a bank budget say 500m plus the bank balance of the club and keep record of your club finances you put transfer responsibilities onto the manager or director of football and block them if he offers too much money for players and accept good offers on his behalf and be responsible for contracts you change clubs by adding the club value onto your bank balance when you want to leave then deduct the bank balance based on the value of the club you want to run for example leave club A they are worth 200m but you have 200m of your original budget so you have to join a club which fits your 400m total budget obviously you can be a dodgey owner when you leave and take money from the bank balance if you have the editor or the easier route just use your 1st club balance as your total wealth.
